Refund and Return Policy

At Violet Dental Lab UAE, all dental restorations and appliances are custom-made based on the clinic’s prescription and patient case.

1. Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Product does not match the submitted prescription.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 working days from receiving the order.

2. Remakes

We provide free remakes only if:

• The issue is caused by laboratory error.
• The original case information is verified.

Remakes caused by new impressions, treatment changes, or updated scans may incur additional charges.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be issued only if:

• The case cannot be remade.
• A confirmed production issue cannot be corrected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Violet Dental Lab UAE.

5. International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the receiving clinic.
